Incredibly beautiful and convenient place, I appreciated friendly personnel.

The hotel's location was very central, in the middle of jackson. There was bakery La Chaumiere de Mon Pere, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the property.

The venue is convenient, fairly clean and the location is excellent right by the train station and the valley. The rooms are newly remodelled and generally offer central heating, an individual safe, and flat-screen television. A bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower...

The hotel's location in front of the train station was perfect for our group of friends, especially for the inexperienced skiers and families with small children. We could easily hop on the train and take a short ride to the nearby ski area. The hotel also had a thoughtful touch of providing children slippers, panda bears, and other goodies, making it a great choice for families.

The restaurant only offered Asian cuisine, which was a bit disappointing for those expecting more Alpine dishes.

The rooms are newly renovated and beautifully designed, the bar is cozy. It has clean facilities and fantastic and favourable location in the middle of jackson.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve at this hotel was quite an experience! The view from our room was amazing and we could enjoy the fireworks from there. The location was key: a short walk to the train station which made it easy to go up to the ski slopes in the morning. The breakfast was well organized and you could order it in your room, which was great to avoid the crowds. I also liked the personal touches in our room, such as the lovely shampoo bottles.

There were some downsides to our stay. The staff at the restaurant were not attentive and ignored us when we wanted to order.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed with comfortable beds and luxurious amenities. The breakfast is delicious and well-organized, with the option to have it in your room for added convenience. Guests can also relax in a Finnish sauna, conveniently located on-site. Ski equipment can be stored in the provided area, making it easy to hit the slopes right away.

There were some issues with the drying and hanging of wet skiing clothes in the rooms.

We spent an amazing Christmas holiday at this hotel. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, featuring a variety of delicious options. the room we stayed in was spacious and offered a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding area. We particularly enjoyed the location, which was conveniently situated close to local landmarks and attractions.

The staff at the restaurant was incredibly slow and at times ignored us when we tried to order. the spa area was poorly managed with no clear rotation plan in place, making it difficult for guests to enjoy the amenities.

We had a fabulous stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, just opposite the bus station and super close to the train station. It made getting around so convenient for us. The service here is top-notch, with room service and housekeeping always attentive and friendly. We were welcomed with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Our room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and heating. We loved spending time on the terrace, enjoying the beautiful garden furniture and the lovely views. The free toiletries provided were a nice bonus too. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of modernity to the room. And let's not forget the dining options - the restaurant and snack bar served delicious food, and we also enjoyed the in-room breakfast. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
